You guys catch the latest in this Apple VS HTC patent battle?

According to Florian Mueller (A patent attorney) this could wind up with Apple being able to bar HTC from selling any (or the overwhelming majority) of their Android devices in the US. The judgment still has to withstand scrutiny from a 6-member panel of the ITC who will finalize a ruling one way or the other. Could be a huge blow to Android in general.
