Hackintosh update . . .

FYI, Gigabyte apparently doesn't know how to do dual-channel memory.

After having initial success with my Hackintosh, the system started freezing up on me. Tried reinstalling, and then had trouble getting any OS to install, as it would freeze midway. WTF? RMA'd the mobo, same problem with the new one. Tried a different brand of RAM, same problems. As my last idea before giving up, installed RAM in single-channel mode. Alakazam! System is perfectly stable. Oh well, performance is great even in single-channel, so I'll live with it.

My only complaint other than that is keyboard/mouse don't wake system from sleep. Must use the power button, but I haven't had issues with sleep, so that's nice.
