The BTO options look pretty sweet.

3 ghz Core2 Duo and a GeForce 8800. Nice.
Definitely get at least the $1500 model. The $1200 iMac only ships with a gig of memory and a Radeon 2400 XT card, while the other two have 2GB and Radeon 2600 Pro cards.
