Oh of course I knew it was going to happen eventually. That's just the nature of the business. My 8 gig is still worth the $400 I paid for it, an upgrade option for $150 0r $200 would be really nice and I would consider it but that's not realistic. I haven't even actually used up my full 8 gigs at any point, I'm come pretty close but never actually needed that much so far. If your buddy bought his iPhone within the last 2 weeks, he might be able to return it and upgrade for the extra $100, couldn't hurt to try I 'spose but I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were him.
