They apparently don't have carpal tunnel syndrome. I do, and using a straight keyboard irritates it. I've been using countoured keyboards for over ten years, and they're great. I currently use the Monkeysoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000, and it's wonderful. Not only does it prevent tendon inflamation, but it makes it easier to type fast without hitting the wrong keys. I'd use it even if I didn't have CTS.
