Yeah, that's be nice. I read a while back somewhere that Apple was working with some media manufacturer(s) to come up with a way of burning video to special DVD-Rs that would support CSS. I would settle for that since CSS is easy to beat. It'd almost be as good as getting around the music DRM.

Clearly. I like BD better since it's higher density/capacity, but I have a gut feeling that HD-DVD will win out simply because of it's name.
